Santiago LaRochelle

Santiago LaRochelle, an 18-year-old jazz pianist, guitarist, and singer-songwriter has been performing around Las Vegas for the past five years. He attended Las Vegas Academy of the Arts where he performed in the top big band and combo in events such as NextGen Monterey Jazz Festival, Newport Beach Jazz Party and several hotels and casinos within Las Vegas. It was during his studies here that he received the opportunity to perform alongside and receive clinics from artists such as Jeff Hamilton, The Emmet Cohen Trio, Joel Frahm, Dave Pietro, Carl Allen, and Justin DiCioccio. He now studies at Portland State University under George Colligan. Santiago also appeared on the Gibson Guitar stage at NAMM2016 and NAMM2017. Santiago draws influence from pianists such as Oscar Peterson, Erroll Garner, and Bill Evans.
