Austin Woodward

Austin Woodward's Music Career began at the age of 4 when he attended The Blair School Of Music. From the age of 5 until 12 he primarily studied Piano with Kay Bond. But then one Christmas Austin asked for a guitar, and his true musical gift was found. At the age of 14 Austin enrolled in The Nashville School of the Arts where he continued to study music, focusing on his guitar playing. Austin has recently recorded with top Nashville studio musicians, and videos from those sessions can be found all over Youtube. Austin has had the honor to share the stage with several other musicians including Chris Tompkins at The BlueBird Cafe in Nashville, Lenny Kravitz at the Ryman, and a private jam session with Vince Gill. When he's not busy playing his guitar, he can be found working at a local music store in Nashville where he has developed an exceptional knowledge of musical instruments and gear. In fact you can find several demonstration videos on his Youtube for various pieces of gear that he uses. Now at the age of 16, Austin is in the process of writing material for both a solo project, and a band project that will be announced later in 2012.
